Important things to know before you book
  • Location Address – Venue Address – Al Ras Al Akhdar – Abu Dhabi.
  • To get direction open location in Google Map
  • Please bring a valid Photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
  • Show a ‘Green Pass’ through the AlHosn UAE app, if you have it.
  • Otherwise, vaccinated people need to show a negative PCR test taken not more than 14 days earlier from any accepted center worldwide.
  •  Al hosn app is required only for residents people, tourists need to show RT PCR Report and vaccination certificate.
  • All unvaccinated people need to show a negative PCR test taken not more than 48 hours ago from any accepted center worldwide.
  • A Rapid Antigen test was previously available at Qasr Al Watan but now it’s not. If a guest takes an antigen test at any of the Yas Island Theme Park locations, they can enter Qasr Al Watan on the same day.

  • Children under 4 years will be considered as infant and entry will be free of cost.
  • Children aged from 4 to 17 years will be considered as child and charged child rate.
  • Children above age 17 will be considered as an adult and charged adult rate.

How will I receive my Qasr Al Watan Abu Dhabi ticket?

All ticket purchases will be sent via email. If you have not received your tickets, please ensure you check your junk or spam filters. If still not received, please contact our customer service team

Dress code

As a courtesy to other guests in the Palace and in accordance with local laws and customs, we ask all guests to please wear respectful clothing when in the palace. We kindly recommend knees and shoulders covered.

Parking

Arriving to the Visitor Centre by car, you will see the Visitor Centre car park. There are ample parking spaces available and there is no charge to park here.
For the safety and wellbeing of our guests, our valet parking service is currently unavailable.

Where exactly is the Qasr Al Watan Abu Dhabi located?

The Qasr Al Watan Palace in Abu Dhabi is located adjacent to the Emirates Palace and can easily be identified on Google Maps. If you are travelling from Dubai, the Qasr Al Watan location is approximately a one and a half hour drive via the E11. For those travelling from anywhere within Abu Dhabi, expect a 20-30 minute drive.
